- The ticket must be for a home fixture of your nominated team within 3 months of the win being confirmed.
- We contact the winner directly to confirm season ticket status and arrange fulfilment.

- There are two separate tiers. Founding membership is free for the duration of our current testing period. Standard membership is an intended £10/month and starts when we go live — pending gambling licence. No payment details are collected or charged while we test. - Is the free founding offer a discount off £10/month?
- No. It's a testing-phase exception, not a discount. £10/month is the intended standard price once we go live and our gambling licence is in place — nothing is collected or charged during testing.
- What discount do founding members get at go-live?
- As a founding member, you'll get a discount on membership when we go live, as a thank-you for being early. We're still finalising the exact percentage and terms, so we won't put a number on it yet — we'll confirm it with you before the testing period ends. You also keep a permanent founding badge and first say on what we build next.
- How do the free credits work?
- Every member gets free credits added to their balance automatically — founding members get exactly the same as standard members. You use those credits to enter lobbies. The pot is made up of the credits everyone in that lobby staked, and winners split it between themselves.
- What can I win?
- Top of the leaderboard wins a ticket (up to £150) to see their team play. If you're already a season ticket holder, you can take club merchandise of the same value instead.
- How is the match ticket prize fulfilled?
- We contact the winner directly to confirm their nominated team and season ticket status, then buy and send the ticket for a home fixture of their choice within three months of the win being confirmed. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent — season ticket holders can take club merchandise up to the same £150 value instead.
- How is the leaderboard decided?
- The leaderboard is ranked on net credits won from correct predictions across the period. Tie-breaks go to the highest win percentage across predictions made in that period.
- Which lobbies can I enter?
- All of them. Membership — founding or standard — gives access to every lobby and every leaderboard. There's nothing locked away and no per-lobby or per-bet fee.
- Are you a bookmaker?
- No. There's no house edge and we never win when you lose. Fans stake the same amount into the same pot on the same game, and the fans who called it right split that pot between themselves.
